Booking terms and condition with Adventure Gaurishankar Treks and Expedition (hereinafter AG Treks).
The following provisions have been made for reservation
Booking should be made in written form by fax, e-mail or online submission. The booking will ne confirmed as soon as possible by e-mail.
On all tour and trekking, rooms or tent are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour or trekking participant to share room/tent with. Please inform AG Treks in advance if single or double room /tent are required. Additionally to the tour price a single room/tent charge is to be paid.
1 20% non refundable deposit required for booking.
2 final payments to be paid before departure from Kathmandu at AG Treks office or at your hotel.
3 Payment accepted by Credit Card (4% extra will be levied you as Credit Card Processing fee.)
4 Bank service charges should be paid by the clients themselves at the time deposit.
5 Group leaders travel free groups minimum 13 paying or more. But 50% discounts we will provide for a group minimum 10 person’s.
During tour or trek! Your travel insurance is compulsory for our entire Guest it should provide adequate protection full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter evacuation, loss of luggage etc.
Personal Insurance is not include in your travel or trekking cost While every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants, it is a condition of booking that you take out a personal travel insurance policy. To protect against unforeseen circumstances, it is advisable to take a "Trip cancellations and medical insurance policy" before your arrival into Kathmandu. Such medical policy should cover transportation costs in the event of helicopter or surface evacuation being required. This is especially mandatory for those taking treks in high altitude.
Cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made by the client in written form; either by fax or email at least 2 weeks prior to the departure date of any trip booked for. The same 20% of deposit which is paid in advance for confirmation will apply as cancellation fee.
Due to circumstances such as increase in prices by airlines, hotels, resorts, we may have to enforce changes in our tour prices and we shall not be held liable for these circumstances. We shall of course, try our utmost not to increase prices!
Clients are responsible for their own visas. The visa should be valid for the entire period of their stay in Nepal. Clients can obtain the visa from the embassy or Consulate in their own respective country. Visa can be obtained on arrival at Kathmandu Airport for a period.
We are committed to providing the best services which will give you a once in a life time journey in this connection, we perform our duties honestly and seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire programs are conducted strictly under the rules and regulation of the country's own policies.
AG Treks shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the program, itinerary or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellation, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
To make alterations of any tour itinerary, prior notice is requested. The clients are advised to stay in touch with AG Treks thus. But occasionally, the clients may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstance for instance bad weather etc.
No refund will be made to the clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary
There is virtually possibility of flight delay or postponement for notorious weather in Himalayan regions which could be happened, in particular, in Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpo, Simikot and Jumla region etc.
Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during odd season, the clients are highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence. In case of delay in flight prior to tour departure or at the end of the tour, clients need to pay their accommodation, food costs, etc. by themselves
